Job Title: Account Executive Location Honolulu, HI Open Positions 2 Industry: Sales Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:00a.m.-5p.m. Pay Rate: 40K-65K total compensation Description of Position: Promotes & sells our clients products in a specified outside geographical territory, achieving assigned monthly/quarterly sales goals. Prospects for new advertising by contacting businesses, companies and agencies on a daily basis through use of face to face contact, networking functions, cold calling and telephone prospecting. Responsible for achieving company assigned goals. Generate appointments, prepares sales presentations and conducts presentations to generate new sales. Execute contracts and advertising layouts with clients to ensure successful campaign. Maintains assigned account bases while developing new accounts. Manages, services, and supports existing accounts while generating additional revenue. This includes regular interactions with clients, conducting campaign reviews for success/improvements, up-sell, and monthly collections. Responsible for client collections on a monthly basis. Creates, maintains and regularly updates and documentation of all correspondences on the prospect/client database. Ensures profitability by adhering to pricing as established by Management. Performs other duties as assigned or directed that help build growth. This could include the development of sales material for your prospects. Much of what is required in this job is the ability to handle a variety of tasks, including some not listed above. Being able to identify needs, come up with a plan, and implementing the plan is important. Car Allowance and Phone allowance is negotiable. Required Skills EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE Minimum Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from an accredited college or university and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems. Location: Aiea, Hawaii Compensation: open Principals only.
