Summary: Outside sales position with a dynamic company in a growing industry! About Us: Crain Media Group provides radio listeners with a variety of music offered on seven FM radio stations in the metro and surrounding areas of Central Arkansas. Our customers are businesses driven to reach large audiences with on-air marketing and on-site promotions. Job Responsibilities: * Identify and develop relationships with new clients for the purpose of selling them advertising and sponsorship in existing programming and promotions, and/or multi-media content and promotions developed specifically for each client. * Maintain a list of active and developmental accounts, maximizing the billing and profitability of each account individually. * Perform selling activities, including customer needs analysis, presentations, and implementation of projects under contract. * Coordinate the work of other team members to maximize customer satisfaction and project profitability.
