CONTEMPORARY STAFFING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE The Contemporary Staffing Account Executive is accountable for creating and implementing a successful sales strategy to meet/exceed sales/profit targets by developing an effective plan for achieving the branch's financial/operational goal Responsibilities: --Maintain consistent and planned communication with established and targeted clients to ensure successful business development. --Create an effective sales strategy to increase sales, develop new accounts and increase revenue of existing accounts through cold-calling and other sales activities. --Work with all divisions (Professional Search and IT) to create a successful cross-selling plan. --Respond to requests for proposals. -- Monitor, compile and analyze information on competitors to assist with creating an enhanced marketing plan. --Maintain forecasts, performance and other sales data as required. --New business acquisition: prospect---sell---close. --Plan, organize and carry out sales calls to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. --Attend networking events to assist with generation of new business. --Assist with financial management of branch: Collections and Aging. Requirements: --Proven territory management skills and documented sales performance --Activity planning and forecasting skills --Excellent relationship-building skills --Strong communication and problem solving skills --Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals --Ability to work independently with minimal supervision --Ability to travel and/or work extended hours when necessary --Minimum of three years of related experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking sales environment Education: --Four-year degree or five years of business (management) experience Visit us on the web at: "CSS was recently awarded One of the Top 25 Fastest Growing Privately held companies for 2009 by the Philadelphia Business Journal!"
