Responsibilities include
:


Sourcing

  • Identify viable client prospects from various sources including: directories, contact lists, databases, leads, internet resources, and personal networking
  • Recognize and expand on seasonal/market condition trends and related staffing needs


Qualifying

  • Pinpoint and initiate contact with all authorized hiring decision makers within companies
  • Secure initial client visit with all qualified prospects


Required Skills:  

  • 1-5 yrs general, professional services, B2B, related sales or staffing experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against a tight deadline
  • Strong motivation for personal success
