Our client offers a number of web applications that allow for interaction between sports fans. Their applications are distributed on top social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace and through mobile devices like the iPhone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue on the west coast. This position will report to the Vice President, Sales. Responsibilities - Develop new and further existing relationships with top tier advertisers on the West Coast - Understand a customer's business objectives in order to design and sell custom solutions that connect the value of social networking, mobile and sports marketing - Sell million dollar sponsorships within industry leading products Qualifications
- at least 5 years online advertising sales experience - current Rolodex of digital ad agency contacts on the West Coast - Bachelors degree - strong understanding of Internet technology, social networking, sports industry, mobile and brand marketing - brand selling experience - solid communication skills (verbal and written) as well as strong presentation and sales leadership skills
