Account Executive Category: Sales Type: Contract to Hire Description: We are growing a sales team for a successful San Antonio based company specializing in Staff Augmentation in the Medical Industry and looking for individuals with a strong desire to succeed. If you are a proven, top-performing Account Executive, an aggressive individual contributor (Hunter), who is comfortable calling on multiple levels of an organization, as well as a team player with excellent communication skills this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic organization. These positions offer a base of 28 to 30K/yr. plus commission and an excellent opportunity to grow. Requirements: Qualifications:
• BA/BS required or equivalent work experience
• 2 years experience in consistent performance against quota attainment, preferably exceeding plan
• 2 years of successful sales experience where a portion of income was commission based.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Experience with or similar CRM tool is beneficial
• Understand cost/benefit analysis and how to show value
• Courage to overcome obstacles and objections
• Exceptional management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the demonstrated ability to solve problems
