Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Developer ---Telemarketing/Appointment Setter: The Telemarketing/Appointment Setter is an entry level position within Contemporary Staffing Solutions. The goal is to learn the industry, contribute to the sales effort and be successful enough to get promoted to an Account Executive. Successful candidates will exhibit: the ability to prioritize work, the ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively interact with all levels of individuals within CSS, ability to interact effectively with all levels within the client organization, self starter and team leader, ability to build relationships, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, BS/BA degree or higher. Job Duties: Make 100 outbound dials a day in an effort to obtain updated information and schedule appointments for Account Executives. Schedule 10 appointments a week for a Senior Account Executive Ask and document qualifying questions while on the phone with potential clients. Update Database Follow up on inquiries with appropriate documents Once a week canvassing, business to business sales in the tri state area.
