Associate Director, Client Services

Due to growth, we are looking to add a new position to the organization. This person would report directly to our CFO and will work directly with the CEO and other members of the leadership team as a key contributor in sales and marketing initiatives and operations. This is a unique opportunity to define and develop a key role in the Company’s growth and expansion plans.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development, with principal responsibility for deployment of consultants and support in management of regional utilization standards. Role involves execution of the entire client development cycle, but not limited to:
-Contact with financial executives in assigned target companies or region to build relationships and DLC brand awareness
-Setting and executing 10-12 face to face meetings a week with targets to introduce DLC services and identify current and future needs
-Ongoing client and consultant follow up according to management direction, including administrative work related to project tracking and documentation in Company CRM.
-Supporting business development activities in MD’s book of business as well as other regional CSDs as needed.

% Each Category of Functional Responsibility
50%- outbound phone activity focused on appointment setting and client follow up
30%-In the field meetings with clients individually or accompanying MD or other Client Service Directors.
20%- Administration (supporting MD and other CSD’s with deployment preparation, proposal/contract creation or review and target company research.
EXPERIENCE (Years, distribution of experience) and EDUCATION
-Minimum of 7-8 years of hand on functional Accounting or Finance experience and some at a Manager level or higher, preferably in a large company environment.
-Similar credentials or academic pedigree to DLC consultants: Big 4 CPA or Top MBA
-Helpful if candidate has any sales or business development related experience, but not required.
