The Accelerated Curriculum Experience (ACE) - Business Sales Leadership Development Program offers an opportunity for entry level sales professionals to fast track their business-to-business sales career with AT&T. This three month paid program will offer participants an exciting future with the industry's leading services and solutions provider.

Participants will complete a two month training program at the AT&T Business Sales Leadership Center, located in Atlanta, Georgia. With instructor-led and web-based training, as well as hands-on application, individuals will learn the communications industry from the inside out while discovering the value of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking. The program encompasses developing AT&T product knowledge (including Wireless and Wireline, IP, Data & Voice) and systems knowledge while immersing in our innovative culture. While in the program, participants will be required to leverage their sales ability and make cold calls, prospect, handle customer issues, place orders, and meet quotas.

During the third month of the program, you will relocate to an assigned target market and work closely with the sales team, shadowing seasoned sales professionals and furthering your knowledge through this ""on the job"" experience. This is the final stage before you take full ownership for your market where you'll be responsible for securing new business, retaining and growing existing business accounts, and supporting technical AT&T account managers (in certain markets).

Target geographic sales markets include, but are not limited to:

  • Dallas/Forth Worth
  • Houston
  • St. Louis
  • Kansas City
  • Wichita

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1-3 years business sales experience or equivalent
  • Passion for technology and to be in a technical sales career path
  • Experience creating value through solutions and presenting value propositions to customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and to handle multiple demands simultaneously
  • Requires flexibility
  • Unmatched work ethic
  • High customer service standards
  • Ability and ambition to thrive in a fast paced sales environment
  • Graduated within past four (4) years from undergraduate or graduate program
  • Willing and able to relocate to another territory in the US
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market
  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent work authorization
