AT&T AdWorks is rapidly growing in expectation of becoming AT&T’s next billion dollar business. We are looking for industry veterans who revel in the prospect of building a better approach to advertising sales that utilizes the inherent strengths of the world’s largest telecommunications company. AT&T AdWorks is the face to the market for AT&T’s newest ad products across IPTV, Mobile, and Online.
Within the Sales and Business Operations group, we are seeking to fill a high profile and critical position. The Manager – Client Services will prepare information and provide order implementation services. Manger will analyze overall campaign performance and optimize as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare the transfer of pre-sales data as well as obtaining the necessary materials directly from the client in order to ensure a successful campaign launch.
o Contract terms
o Overall strategy for campaign
o Target metrics for campaign
o Artwork/Creative development
o Reporting requests
o Secure Credit approvals
Different Ad Ops group by product: Uverse, mobile, Ingenio, YPC, print
· Gain a thorough understanding of all insertion order procedures and accurately submitting the appropriate elements of the insertion order to the appropriate order fulfillment organizations or systems.
· Establish and leverage strong client relationships to gain insight and understating of client’s marketing objectives.
o Small/emerging accounts with AT&T Advanced Ad Solutions
o Must have ability to work with all level of client contacts
o Will take direction from sales team as to how much interaction with customer will take place
· Prepare proactive, continual evaluation of existing program; identification and implementation of new programs, campaigns and initiatives to address opportunity areas. Could be for own account purposes or to assist sales team.
o Ongoing review of campaign performance reports
o Analysis of such reports against the client’s target metrics for the campaign
o Develop optimization strategy to obtain maximum performance on campaigns
o Work with Advanced Ad Solutions sales team members to develop strategy and grow customers organically
· Assist Strategic Account Managers (sales)
o Prepare campaign renewal dates, may be directly responsible for actual contract renewals
o Assist with paperwork such as IOs, change request forms
o Review of inventory from existing systems
o Take and answer customer service questions regarding billing, contract terms, account status
o Assist with proposal development and pricing
o Suggest performance improvements for live campaigns
· Utilize various reporting tools including Ad Tracker, Partner Site and Perspectica, to pull reports and analyze data to identify and recommend modifications to campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
o Develop custom performance reports based upon client’s target metrics.
o For existing ad buys will work to optimize performance. Should additional budget be necessary to secure position/placements, Client Services Managers will inform Sales team to pursue and secure.
· Respond to requests from sales team and/or clients for ad hoc reporting
· Prepare, analyze and deliver performance reports to clients, translating key findings, and anecdotal or qualitative data to identify key issues and make sound recommendations for future marketing campaigns.
· Monitor competitor marketing efforts and industry trends to take appropriate preemptive and responsive action; staying informed of industry developments.
o Key trade periodicals such as Media Post publications, Mobile Marketer, ClickZ, IAB. Following industry trends to insure campaigns are targeted, optimized, and expanded where possible.
o Utilize to track all aspects of account management activity including proposals, reports and client interaction.
