Director, Web Production
This is a new position created to support the expansion of the CXT team to deliver and maintain the user experience for the consolidation of the wired and wireless online business. The need for developing a highly efficient, useful and satisfying online customer experience is critical in order for to acquire customers, retain customers, and increase opportunities for customer revenue.
Under the direction of the CXT executive director is responsible for leading the Web Production team in planning and managing, for both project-level and ongoing operations level work, with the direction and delivery of all user l management and operation of the e-Commerce user-experience, design and content management operations for , and to support execution of the e-Commerce organization's strategic objectives ensuring compliance with executive leadership directives and applicable federal and state legal requirements.
The position works with internal and external partners to develop and deliver the user experience and technology roadmap focusing on what capabilities are necessary to achieve the 3-year Business Plan for . This requires the collective development of sales and marketing, service and support, and operational capital sustaining infrastructure business cases to support the capital requests, the process to scope, define, and fund the release plans, and the accountability for confirming the benefits were realized.
Responsibilities:
This position also manages and maintains internal business relationships across the enterprise. Partnering with peers in the respective Public Relations, Consumer Awareness, Product Marketing, Converged Services and Marketing and Sales organizations, help to align online strategy and implementation plans, while ensuring appropriate online participation with all consumer enterprise activities.
30% - Manage direct reports as they lead teams that and manage the execution of user experience deliverable and sustainment activities. Act as liaison to the PMO to maintain cohesive delivery efforts and ensure alignment with the Portfolio Management Organization.
15% - Assist in the development of current and long-term organizational goals, objectives, user experience roadmap and technology roadmap, as well as policies and procedures for operations. Establish plans, processes, procedures and communication to support projects and production efforts to assure delivery of targets set by the Consumer Sales Organization, National Distribution Team and e-Commerce executive leadership and implements policies, subject to approval by the e-Commerce executive leadership.
25% - Partner with Onlines Sales teams, Product Marketing, IT, PMO, Agency of Record and their staff members to ensure they are provided with appropriate support systems and responsive, quality service in the areas of user-experience, design and content management services while aligning strategy and implementation. Supporting delivery of the annual operating plan sales targets (4Rs) for the online channel. Interacts with other personnel and organizations, such as Mobility and Wireline Consumer Product Marketing, Converged Services, Brand, and Advertising in regard to matters affecting .
15% - Handle all aspects of human resource management for up to 160 employees including but not limited to hiring and termination, developing position descriptions, setting compensation, working with employees supervisors and applying AT&T HR-approved employee policies and benefits in accordance with federal and state requirements; regularly supervises Creative Experience Team staff.
15% - Is responsible for contract management including negotiating agreement terms that reflect the needs of , coordinates with legal advisors and supply chain to finalize agreement terms; monitors progress of agreements and maintains agreement documentation to ensure fulfillment of agreement terms including receipt and expenditure of funds.

Training and Special Skills needed:
A minimum of 10 years experience in a combination of project management, production operations, agency experience and e-commerce with a focus on User Experience Design and delivery management.
Management: Maintains effective systems of internal controls to account for all work and expenditures of funds. Plans and manages corporate funds to deliver company driven strategy and e-Commerce project initiatives.
Job Knowledge: Understands the creative and technical aspects of managing a user-experience, content and design organization; provides direction to its consultants and staff directly and/or solicits guidance from experts. Understands the duties and responsibilities of the position and keeps job knowledge up-to-date. Clearly understands the company strategy and mission of the e-Commerce organization and continuously works to promote the Creative Experience Team and achieve its goals.
Initiative in fulfilling the goals of the organization: From interactions with executive management and staff, the executive director recognizes and brings to the attention user-experience, design and content-driven issues that affect the business and organization, and implements plans to reach organizational goals as determined by the executive leadership. Displays initiative in developing action plans and resolving problems as they occur, in consultation with the e-Commerce VP and e-Commerce executive leadership.
Communication: Communicates effectively with multiple audiences using a variety of formats. Examples include: written communications that clearly outline the situation and action items; verbal presentations and briefings to the e-Commerce organization, leadership and VP, along with NDT and the extended AT&T internal business community.
Dependability: Seeks increased responsibility while remaining conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable with respect to achieving the organization's goals, and the needs of the e-Commerce executive leadership and staff.
