Our ""Flagship"" Leadership Development Program (LDP) Internships

The LDP Internship Program is designed for graduate students who are within one year of graduation. This 10-12 week summer program offers high caliber students an excellent opportunity to do challenging work while evaluating their compatibility with AT&T.

Qualifications: Candidate Requirements
- MBA or Masters
- Final year before graduation
- Exceptional collaboration/interdependence skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and concisely across regional, functional, and cultural boundaries
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in supervisory positions or extra-curricular organizations
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident or other protected individual as defined in 8 U.S.C. Sec 1324(b)(3). H Visas are currently not being sponsored.
