Position: We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager to coordinate the efforts of the branch sales representatives in a manner that will increase sales and improve customer satisfaction and profits for the branch and the company.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, hire, terminate, and review sales representatives and their activities as needed. Through regularly scheduled sales meetings, implement the sales/marketing plans of the branch and the company as outlined and directed at sales management meetings. Develop existing account responsibilities. Coordinate and implement sales training. Monitor the morale and work habits of the sales staff and ensure good working conditions. Assure proper customer satisfaction by implementing appropriate company policy or through personal involvement. Initiate and meeting with branch management on a formal and informal basis to coordinate branch activities with special emphasis in the areas of credit, accounts receivable, and maintenance service. Review branch statements and budgets regularly to effect or recommend changes for improved sales and profitability. Review and approve quotations, proposals, and terms to assure that all appropriate concerns have been addressed. Personally oversee the arrangements and/or contractual obligations entered into with major accounts, local accounts, and support from vendors, as needed. Monitor and be responsible for machine inventory and request specific equipment as needed. Promote the company, the products it sells, and the people who represent it wherever and whenever possible. Ensure that adequate supplies of product literature and promotional material are always available and to distribute current pricing and product information to those requiring it. Review and correct sales commission reports and ensure prompt delivery of the same to corporate administration.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years office equipment industry experience a must. Experience managing others. Bachelors degree required. High energy level Excellent communication skills A proven track record in a sales environment and a winning sales style is a necessity This position offers a car and phone allowance along with comprehensive benefits package. Starting annual salary of $50K plus unlimited bonus potential.
