Job Description
Showcase Your Sales Skills in a Rewarding, Upbeat Environment!
We are currently seeking Online Admissions Representatives who are responsible for identifying, interviewing and enrolling qualified students into online programs of study which meet the students interests and career goals.

Responsibilities:
Interview and recruit prospective students via telephone, email, and into online programs.
Maintain high level of productivity, high conversion rates, starts rates, and meet and exceed admissions goals.
Work and communicate effectively with online and campus departmental staff to enroll prospective online students.
Maintain appropriate follow-up communication with potential online students regarding the status of their applications for admission and financial aid.
Complete all Enrollment Paperwork within prescribed time frames.
Prospect current students and alumni to seek referrals and provide leads to the campus programs when appropriate.
Self generate / mine student database for leads.
Ensure enrollment practices are ethical and in compliance with DOE and accrediting body regulations.


Requirements:
High School Diploma- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Prior experience with higher education institutions preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
Prior outbound phone experience preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Ability to manage a large funnel of leads; excellent time management skills required.
Must enjoy working on the phone and demonstrate a mastery of all aspects of telephone sales.
Excellent phone, communication, and presentation skills.
Endurance to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Ability to produce in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Results-oriented and focused on outcomes and accomplishments.
Motivated by achievement
Positive team-centered attitude with professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent tracking and follow-up skills; computer database system experience strongly preferred.
