Business Development Manager (California or Texas)
We are seeking to hire Business Development Managers in Texas and California.

Candidate should have:
- Direct Sales experience
- Consulting, professional services or IT outsourcing work experience
- Background working with fortune 500 high-tech software, internet, mobile or embedded companies
- Passion, ambition and self-motivation to contribute and benefit from China's incredible outsourcing wave.
You will work closely with solution architects to identify and close opportunities within new accounts and lead the closing process including the creation and submission of proposals. This highly visible role involves lead generation primarily through cold-calling.
This role is mainly responsible for selling R&D Services, QA, Testing, Application & Embedded Development, Hardware Engineering and Internet Development Services.
Relationship building, lead generation, sales cycle management and a passion for success are necessary skills in this role.
Experience with selling dual shore delivery models is highly desirable.
Ideal Experience
Knowledge about software product engineering lifecycle, R&D or pre-sales engineering background is a plus
Ability to discuss appropriate technology alternatives with decision making customer personnel
Superior relationship-building and consultative sales abilities, particular in Fortune 500 accounts
Demonstrated track record showing your ability to cold call into industry leaders, secure meetings with C level executive and to get meetings/close business.
Track record of success & exceeding performance expectations
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, pipeline development, opportunity and account management
Demonstrate excellent writing skills (letter writing and e-mails)
Discipline to self start, daily phone prospecting 3 or 4 hours per day to build pipeline, and incredible drive, passion and self discipline
