RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for new business development individual contribution from prospecting all the way to closing. Ability and motivation to work independently
Ability and track record in the defined geography for identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within US.
Ability to pull in various groups from within the organization and coordinate the selling process in a transparent way
Relationship building with the existing customers in the region.
Would be responsible for selling outsourced Solutions Retail CPG and Financial Services.
Responsible for managing commercial negotiations with prospects and clients.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MBA preferred with Bachelors egree
10-14 years experience and up to 5 years in one or more leading IT organizations
Business technology background with knowledge of the Industry Landscape, IT marketplace, and current Market conditions
Technically aware of key technologies and trends along with popular business process for Banking Fiancial services,Retail and CPG
Willingness, ability and desire to learn and share with the team
Ability to think unconventionally when needed and package the deal with sound financial basis.
Experience with various pricing models and related challenges
Willingness and ability to travel on short notices.
Flexible working hours if needed and participate in long distance calls
Ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.
Proven ability to identify, shape and convert business opportunities in line with -----portfolio targets, meeting the necessary risk and profit requirements, so as to meet and surpass business development targets.
Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
Should have worked with reputed software services companies selling IT solutions / software services in these countries and other markets.
Experience in selling offshore Outsourcing services essential
Well-developed network of contacts at a Director/VP level in client companies
Aggressive go getter with excellent client-relationship skills.
Must possess excellent people / communication / presentation skill with high energy levels.
