We are seeking a Call Center Sales Director to lead our outbound cross sell and inbound service to support our Credit Card line of business.
This is a key role in the Company’s long term success by assuring that Sales provides exceptional client experiences while increasing revenue and client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a sales organization that expands existing customer relationships through cross selling our credit card and related products via outbound/inbound telephone contacts.
Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively deliver business objectives including expanding existing customer relationships, customer satisfaction and cross sell opportunities.
Identify and develop the strategic and tactical goals and execution strategies required to manage an external agent network through third party contact centers
Develop customer relationship management and satisfaction techniques and tools that drive our sales experiences to exceptional levels
Partner closely with other organizations including marketing and product development, operations and services to effectively deliver:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
For consideration for this position you must meet these qualifications:
1. Large Call Center Management with experience at the DIRECTOR LEVEL.
2. Direct Consumer Sales - Candidates need to have been responsible for the execution of sales within a call center environment.
3. Financial Services Industry experience
4. Third party management
5. Minimum of a 4 year college degree with an advanced degree preferred.
COMPENSATION
This position includes a base salary, bonus opportunity, incentives, and a FULL RELOCATION package.
