Corporate Account Package (CAP) Sales Managers

CRM Consulting On Demand (CCOD) is an on demand Customer Relationship Management strategy and technology consulting firm. CCOD is seeking several sales management professionals to join the companys Corporate Account Package (CAP) sales team. CAP sales managers are responsible for driving revenue and meeting quota requirements for their respective territory. Additionally, CAP sales managers are responsible for building his/her respective sales territory to include hiring, mentoring and managing a CAP sales force. A CAP sales manager can be located anywhere in the U.S. Lucrative pay with an EXCEPTIONAL incentive package!

Ideally, s/he will hold her/himself to the highest ethical standards and have a strong desire for personal growth and professional success. The ideal candidate is driven to make money and does not have a problem rolling up her/his sleeve to achieve success.


Key Success Factors and Position Responsibilities Include:

Required Skills: Software or Professional Services sales. Call Center knowledge.
Hands-on business development of future and existing business relationships. This position is both player and coach. Must sell and lead.
Introduction of sales techniques/tools that will build a "best in class" sales organization.
Establishing relationships with key partners, consultants, decision makers and community groups, that will further our companys presence in the marketplace.
Assisting sales team in prospecting and developing long-term business relationships with client top management.
Forging strong working relationship with the Inside Sales Team within his/her respective territory.
Co-planning and executing opportunity sales plan.
Meet revenue targets by coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales team.
Provide consultation and assistance in developing and executing account growth and retention strategies.
Remain up to date with current industry trends and activities.


Desired Experience and Skills:

Experience building a sales territory.
Professional services sales, software sales and/or call center managed services experience.
Call center operations knowledge.
Proven experience in managing sales teams targeting large and mid-sized to Fortune 1000 corporations.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a field sales role with a proven track record of successful solutions-oriented software and/or services sales.
A current Fortune 1000 client Rolodex.
A Rain Maker sales-oriented attitude with a drive to win new business.
Strong written and oral communication skills
The ability to work effectively with team members and customers in planning and implementing change.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; communicating very effectively at all client levels, including CxO.
Motivated, disciplined, and self-directed with strong follow-up skills.
Understanding of basic Internet technology and cloud computing concepts; fundamental knowledge of project management and structured methodologies.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must:

Have 4 or more years of sales experience with a proven track record.
Be an independent sales professional.
Have a private home office.
Have a dedicated home office telephone line for business.
Have an unlimited long distance telephone plan.
Own or have substantial access to a computer.
Computer savvy with access to high-speed internet.
Highly organized and disciplined.
A US Citizen or eligible to work in the US.
Must have basic PC knowledge, i.e., Windows, Microsoft Office, E-mail.


We offer exceptional career growth potential, with a very lucrative base salary, commission and incentive package. Base salary offered upon first sale. Given 100% of quota attainment, potential earnings are up to mid 6 figures. No cap on commissions. Access to online SFA system provided.
