Summary:
This is an amazing sales opportunity for individuals looking to take their direct sales experience to the next level by working for an established organization with a proven track record of success. Realistic ability to meet the most motivated sales person’s compensation requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable generating opportunities for new business and speaking with new prospects through warm follow-up on outbound sales campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all initial and follow up calls made to potential new clients.
Function as a primary business developer by closing business at a rate to ensure that the new business requirements are met in accordance to the company growth targets.
Required to conduct sales transactions over the phone.
Deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner, utilizing the provided scripts and stories.
Ability to land new customers while providing reliable information and outstanding rapport.
Maintain accurate, up to date, and thorough notes in our CRM system.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
At least one year telesales/outbound calling experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly energetic, self-starter personality with good time-management skills.
Strong communication/ listening skills.
Sales and goal oriented, ideally with a proven successful sales background.
Professional and personable.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Proficient with computers required, experience with CRM systems preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
