The Sales Manager will have the responsibility of managing the Company?s sales activities in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives in terms of volume and value. He/She should develop and implement strategies, provide technical support to customers and coordinate planning with the production and supply chains.
Key Responsibilitys
1. Help Establish growth and Revenue goals. 2. Develop and implement sales plan to achieve revenue goals. 3. Engage in the sales activity of specialty chemicals. 4. Manage existing clients and build new business. 5. Work with team and management to establish new sales growth opportunities. 6. Assist in the production of sales leads. 7. Produce monthly reports and other reports as needed. 8. Perform other job functions as assigned.

Preferred: 1. BS in business or in Chemistry. 2. A background in the Chemical industry. 3. Import/Export Experience. 4. Knowledge in Supply Chain Management
Required: 1. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 2. Must have a positive attitude with multi-tasking skill abilities; organized, aggressive, goal-oriented individual who achieves results. 3. Good judgment of business and sales situations. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. 3+ years of sales experience. 6. Willing to Travel 7. Excellent interpersonal skills 8. Flexible schedule
