The Client Relationship Consultant:
Manages the entire process for Request for Proposals, saves, rebids, and upgrades that involve little or no additional revenue to MAS.
Scopes, analyzes and understands Client business needs in order to make recommendations on the best payroll solutions. Reviews needs analysis details to determine solution fit.
Conducts product demonstrations, both virtually and on-site to address Client requirements and ADP's capabilities of meeting those requirements.
Provides feedback, recommendations, and pricing to Client.
Communciates with MADM and other ADP Functional areas on results of analysis and determine sales leads on any potential sales opportunity.
Works closely with the Service Center Executive Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Specialists to retain exsiting clients who need different solutions and/or new technology where there is little or no opportunity to gain additional revenue.
Provides regular reporting of retention activities and results, including analysis of opportunities, trends within the Service Center client base, etc.
Shares knowledge and experience with all members of the Relationship Management team to improve their knowledge and skills.
Continues to learn and be aware of any changes to platforms in MAS or NAS, pricing and sales process.
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience. Minimum 5 years experience working in MA sales environment preferably in a DM or Sales System Consultant role, or equivalent or similar experience.
Excellent working knowledge of sales process, MA solutions and MA client knowledge required. Strong ability to manage projects and scope client strategic business needs.
Excellent client Sales and Client Services skills. Knowledge of Major Accounts payroll solutions.
Ability to travel within the Central Service Center geography
Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Texas, Missouri, Minneapolis and the Midwest
