    Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Jerry's has two stores in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. Jerry's is a progressive, employee-owned, full-line home improvement retailer with over 500,000 sq. ft. of big box selling space, including expansive garden centers and drive through lumber yards.

    Jerry's is looking for individuals with Retail Store Management experience to join our Management Team.

    Jerry's Managers are responsible for driving sales by leading all aspects of store operations for their teams. Jerry's Managers typically manager 3-4 sales departments and up to 35 Team Members in a high-volume, fast paced environment.

    Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Train, coach and motivate teams to drive sales through effective selling/customer service
    • Establish and excute plans with department Supervisors and Team Members to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Manage the efficient use of labor resources to achieve desired outcomes within assigned budget
    • Collaborate with Management and Corporate Merchandising staff to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop plans for improvement
    • Ensure adequate customer service levels throughout the store

    Qualifications needed to apply:

    • 3+ years Retail Management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
    • Passion to coach and develop a successful sales team in a retail environment
    • Strong appreciation for customer service and home improvement
    • Ability to independently analyze business results and formulate plans for improvement that are consistent with company objectives
    • Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
    • Enthusiasm, high energy and ability to motivate a team
    • Fully flexible to work typical retail schedule (50+ hours/week)
    • Big box, home center management experience preferred

    These positions start at $45k per year, DOE and include incentive based pay and a competitive benefits package (healthcare, dental, paid time off, 401K, ESOP).
