Consulting and Business Development
Our client, a fast growing and profitable services firm, continues to expand and seeks Senior Engagement Leaders to drive business development. The professionals they seek have primary responsibility for determining how their existing clients can continue to improve and prosper through the value-add provided by our Client’s solutions.
Selected candidates will be evangelists for the organization and will help build a solid pipeline of new opportunities. They will collaborate with other executives on their team to partner with their Client’s CXOs to help achieve a high level of measurable business ethics and enhanced productivity.

Qualifications and Attributes:
Candidates MUST have consulting background to CXOs within the F500
Ideal candidates come from companies similar to: Gartner, Booz, Bain, Deloitte, CapGemini, McKenzie et al, with a minimum of 8 years of solution consulting experience with an emphasis on human relations and business ethics.
Ability to articulate a visionary message
Strong prospecting skills within existing accounts
Experience using technology to improve business operations
Exceptional relationship development skills
Proven commitment to customer service
Effective written, oral, and presentation skills
Demonstrated high degree of ethics and integrity
Essential Job Functions:
The Senior Engagement Leader would have the following key responsibilities, all of which would be conducted in conjunction with the Business Development team:
Hold overall account ownership
Drive revenues through existing customers
Focus on business ethics, compliance, and related business practices
Create and deliver presentations to CXO audiences including General Counsel and HR
Develop and execute lead generation and sales plans
Develop and maintain domain expertise in relevant business and legal subject matter
Perform disciplined discovery and needs analyses with customers, while delivering value during all phases of the sales cycle
Collaborate with and enlist internal and external teams including solution delivery executives to assure the successful delivery of client’s programs and services
