Job Title:Copy & Print Center Associate Position Summary:Primarily responsible for providing customer service, consistent with our Copy Promise standards. General Purpose:Customer Service, Copy and Print Sales and Production Role Qualifications: * Must exhibit Copy Promise behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, fellow associates and management * Identify high potential and top customers; partner with GM to offer a total solution designed to meet customer’s needs * Able to work a flexible schedule Position Responsibilities: * Deliver the Copy Promise * Process and produce accurate orders * Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns * Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean Copy & Print Center * Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards * Perform other related duties as assigned * Effectively build relationships with top customers Critical Success Factors: * Drive Customer Satisfaction through Copy Promise behaviors * Drive profitable sales through Copy Promise behaviors * Convey appropriate product and services knowledge * Effective and efficient use of machines and systems to ensure effective production management * Exhibit Team CARE values Basic Qualifications * Sales & customer service experience in a retail or printing environment * Ability to multi-task * Strong Computer skills preferred
