Research existing and potential clients to determine avenues to enhance marketing and advertising presence through the use of Laredo Bucks/LEC available inventory Design, present, and sell through customized partnership packages/services in line with customer marketing goals and objectives Develop and implement individual sales plan using master calendar and event schedules Maximize revenue to the organization as well as client satisfaction for all clients in assigned areas Use unique entertainment events and available facilities to maintain contacts and build customer satisfaction Scan sales targets and opportunities from local, league, or national sources in order to cultivate prospects that may be customers for new programs and business development opportunities Perform proactive outbound sales activities in order to secure new partnerships Respond to call-in requests and handle necessary follow through to connect potential partners with the appropriate department or opportunity Coordinate and Follow Up on Sales Coordinate with other internal departments to facilitate understanding and compliance with promotions and packages that have been sold to clients Perform other tasks and projects as dictated by business and as requested
Qualifications:
Highly effective and proven record of sales oriented customer communication Able to produce and focus on revenue production within the guidelines given Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to maintain smooth working relationships with internal service providers and other departments that implement services sold. Proficiency in the development and use of client entertainment Excellent skills in telephone, in-person, and electronic / multimedia sales presentations. Bachelor degree (B.A.) or equivalent preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night and weekends as business dictates Ability to work on websites preferred Must be authorized to work in the USA immediately
