A high-ranking Corporate Sales Executive – preferably with a solid background in Legal Process Outsourcing − is being sought to lead one of four regions for an international LPO company.
In partnership with the Legal Solutions team, the CSE will identify and create new opportunities to sell outsourcing/off-shoring solutions in the region, delivering annual quotas between $10 and 20 million.

Consulting on legal services engagements, providing link between client and service delivery
Providing legal domain expertise to sales teams, prospects and clients
Advising corporate clients on how to leverage outsourced legal services for litigation, contract management, patent services or compliance
The CSE will engage with corporate general counsels and legal operations executives in a consultative process to evaluate the best opportunities for outsourcing and adjusting the design of the legal department organization to take advantage of on-shore and off-shore legal services. He or she will provide Solution Sales expertise throughout the sales life cycle, from generating sales leads to account management.
Responsibilities
Provide expertise of high-level solutions sales, managing the end-to-end sales process for the Legal Services Outsourcing team, either directly or through interfaces with the delivery teams
Lead in winning new business and maintaining and growing the client relationships and solutions
Liaise with practice leaders on the development of products, new product
Provide regular management information, metrics and reports on sales pipeline and account activity against financial targets and milestones
Ensure delivery of service to the satisfaction of the client and to develop a continuous improvement approach to service delivery within the account
Engage with the client strategically to ensure proactive solution sales and service offerings are made appropriate to the clients’ business strategy and needs
Ensure good commercial practice within all client proposals, bids, contracts and signed business
