What You Will Do
From the comfort of your home office, you will be assisting customers of our ServiceMagic client () via phone, email and/or chat. You will help assess customers needs and schedule appointments and/or refer them to the applicable pre-screened home-improvement contractors in their area. In addition, you will use your sales skills to offer appointment setting for additional services. You will ensure each customer enjoys an amazing experience and wants to come back for more!
