Key Responsibilities:
Working in an established world-class contact centre in Edmonton that offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services, you will provide world-class technical and non-technical support in a call centre environment to our customers. You will also interpret customer requirements and communicate solutions, while ensuring excellent customer service by communication with the internal team, and/or ensure and appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working in a customer service environment (retail, call centre, IT support) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * A positive, friendly attitude * An understanding and/or experience in the sales process * Ability and aptitude to learn new processes and systems * Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multi-task ASSETS * Post secondary education in a technical or operating systems support role * Working knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, and e-mail as well as Windows and other operating systems * Familiarity with trouble reporting systems * Aptitude for recognizing and creating sales leads The career you've been waiting for is here!
