Digital Advertising Account Manager
has an immediate opening for a professional, responsive Account Manager to work directly with digital advertising clients in support of our Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships and ad campaigns with an understanding of digital advertising and the online space. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, a dedication to client satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital advertising client relationships, as well as the implementation of client campaigns. Liaise between the client, business development representative, and technical staff to ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and in a timely manner.
- Track and report the results of each campaign to the client.
- Deliver monthly reporting to the business for billing and reconciliation.
- Run campaign reports, analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve campaign results.
- Work collaboratively with our Business Development Team to support their revenue objectives.
- Support existing partner relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in B2B account management or client support preferably in digital media, advertising, or similar environments.
- Experience executing email, display advertising and other digital ad campaigns a plus.
- Online experience and understanding of performance-based advertising a plus.
- Ability to analyze ad copy, design and placement and make recommendations to improve campaign results a plus.
- Engaging personality and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple campaigns concurrently, and deliver high-quality results.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
