Director Broadband Product Management

·         Formulate a cohesive strategy for the company?s growth in all broadband sectors including bundles with DISH video.  The strategy will span across all DISH broadband offers including satellite, wholesale, telco partners, and third party broadband providers.

·         Develop annual business goals, product roadmaps, and budgets

·         Fully competent at managing all aspects of the broadband strategy, including: (1) setting targets; (2) ensuring cost per acquisition results (3) explaining financial details to executive management; and (4) reducing churn

·         Develops strategies for customer acquisition and devise methods to use DISH broadband to competitively differentiate the overall DISH value proposition

·         Aggressively market DISH Broadband to new and existing subscribers

·         Negotiate agreements with broadband providers, drive relationships, and enhance DISH?s broadband offerings.

·         Responsible for the management of marketing plans and strategies as well as implementation to obtain desired results per set timetables.

·         Interprets and analyzes marketing data for the purpose of decision making and recommendation of best option to executive management.

·         Coordinate sales forecasts, equipment forecasts and purchases, and coordinate operational implementation.

·         Responsible for supervision of professionals involving staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

MBA or Masters in Marketing/Product Management or related discipline strongly preferred; Degree from a four-year college or university required; 8+ years of related experience required.
