Director, Business Development
Our Client is an innovative provider of web, mobile and social digital services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The Company currently provides online and interactive strategy, design and development services for a number of large clients within the pharma arena, and takes great pride in leveraging its industry expertise and technical know-how into creative and results-driven solutions for customers.
The Director, Business Development will be the first sales person within the organization, and will be responsible for identifying new clients and opportunities as well as solidifying existing relationships. The successful candidate will be a creative and results driven individual with a track record of success in cultivating healthcare clients.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
*4-6 years of relevant experience of selling into the pharma and healthcare industries, with a demonstrable record of success.
*A compelling communications style which will translate across all levels of a client organization from brand manager to the C-Suite.
*Strong business and financial acumen with a comprhrensive understanding of business model and corresponding P & L model.
*A positive, energetic attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, desire and resiliency.
*4 year college degree required with an MBA preferred.
*Must reside in the NYC Metropolitian area with the ability to work in the Company's NYC or central NJ office.
