In this leadership role, you will have several responsibilities including:

  • Attending industry related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge
  • Securing initial client visits with all qualified prospects
  • Obtaining viable job orders from clients
  • Identifying/executing innovative methods of sourcing highly qualified candidates
  • Conducting interviews to screen potential candidates and assess their skills
  • Developing an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our clients
  • Build a team to support the growth of this division. You will be supported by our internal recruitment and training staff.


Required Skills  

  • 2+ years of staffing and/or recruitment experience, preferably in a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to work independently
