Sell to the C-Suite
Opportunity for top producer to open new territory and prosper. You must have prior success selling high-end conceptual services to C-Suite executives of healthcare institutions and/or larger professional practice groups. You excel at a long sales cycle in a resistant market . You excel at finding and closing new opportunities, and have excellent consultative selling skills. You are a self-starter, highly motivated, goal oriented and work well without supervision. You are willing to travel up to 30% of the time. Experience with commercial insurance, benefits consulting, management consulting or HR services is useful. You must have prior earnings of at least $150,000/yr.
As a sales advisor with us, you will deal directly with the CEO, CFO and COO's of healthcare providers for which real estate is a mission critical part of their healthcare delivery platform. After you close a sale, services will be delivered by a team of transaction managers, project managers, financial analysts and transaction advisors. You excel at identifying needs and helping C-Suite executives take action to improve the real estate component of their business operations. Most sales involve projects delivered over a 6-month to 24-month period with a client investment of between $35,000 and $450,000.
