Responsibilities
Mercy College seeks applications for a Director of Admissions with a strong Recruiting/Sales background to lead the College's student recruitment efforts. The position entails expanding existing recruitment efforts along with creating and implementing new recruiting initiatives to enhance the College's efforts in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hiring and development of the admissions recruiting/sales team; manage the recruiting/sales activities performed by the admissions staff in order to achieve undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals. H/She will be responsible to develop strong lasting relationships with prospective student influencers. The candidate will be responsible to achieve the established enrollment goals, compile statistics, prepare reports and communicate results to management; market the school's programs and services by developing and interfacing with referring schools, agencies and organizations.
