JOB PURPOSE
Identify, develop, and increase key target accounts within the Energy sector.
Create a “go to market” strategy for the field.
3. Recommend changes to marketing communications to compliment evolving offering. Would be done in collaboration with Sales and the RVP’s including defining a future vision and then execute in incremental steps.
Work with Product Marketing to create and drive new products and services which will help to set us apart from the competition.

Experience
7-10 years experience with direct sales and program management within the Energy sector
Ability to work with multiple departments and functions to create a national go to market plan for the Energy sector
Able to effectively present information to all levels of management and shop.
Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and tactical level.
Influence actions through demonstrations and training of others without having direct authority over people.
Review the work of Fleet Administrators such as invoices, email, responses, to the Field.
Establishes and maintains electronic storing of Fleet Plans and specifications.
Experience directly related to enhancing and developing new products for both existing and new assets.
Ability to work with multicultural co workers.
Education
B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management. MBA preferred
