ROLE
The Director of SEO is responsible for managing and growing our clients’ SEO initiatives. Select search-related employee and vendor management will be required.
The applicant must be proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, and a focus on bottom-line results. This role requires stellar analytical and strategic skills, strong campaign and personnel management abilities and the confidence to make and adjust decisions quickly.
Although you’ll be working in a team environment, this is a position of responsibility, as you will be directly accountable for driving ROI from organic search to several clients. You’ll need to bring a passion and ability to use advanced social media optimization tactics, video optimization experience, and other progressive skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO
Own the creation and execution of client optimization strategies
Interface with writers, content managers, web developers, social media managers and others to deliver the best possible performance
Respond to frequent pressure to meet the deadlines of multiple customers
Generate compelling client reports
ABOUT YOU
You’re both analytical and technical, with experience using advanced techniques in social media, video, networks and other tactics to maximize performance. You are detail oriented, customer service focused, highly-organized, able to calmly perform under a high stress/deadline-driven environment and understand the urgency and exposure that comes with working in dynamic ad trafficking environments. You have experience outsourcing. You are always in the know about search engine industry developments, and are active in social media channels, either professional or personally. Experience with corporate training is preferred, but not required.
