Director / VP Sales Contact Center
Our Cleveland based client in the electronics distribution industry is seeking a director with a succession plan to Vice President in six to twelve months. In the last two years, the organization has gone from an operationally efficient to a strong market based team. The successor to VP will be an individual capable of continuing that evolution. Functionally, the role includes Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Customer Service, eChannel Service and Specialty Sales reporting through the Sales Center with 20+ managers and 5 directors. The team contributes 1.2 million in daily sales to the 2.4 million generated in North America.
The director role is a leadership role for one of three regions in the US with the primary focus of developing and driving strategy for top line growth. Duties include all of the above for their region.
Qualifications:
Sales and/or Marketing Background
Experience leading a large contact center
Responsibility for at least 200 million in annual sales
Ability to drive selling culture
Strategic thinker able to partner with key peers to continuously improve the selling process and customer experience/NPS.
