Responsibility:
As a Division Manager, you will manage and develop your regional team, leading through Regional Sales Managers. Overall headcount under the DM’s direction is up to 75. You will demonstrate a high acumen for technology driven products and have the ability to work closely in the field with not only the sales team, but also the client base. With hands-on exposure to the sales process and training, you will lead by example, develop and mentor your team, manage your regional financial goals and strategies. Your strategic, consultative mindset will work closely with Senior Management as you offer new ideas in this collaborative organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering desired. If not engineering, a top tier consulting background required.
MBA required.
International background through living and working globally, or managing an international territory required.
Experience working for a top tier consulting firm with focus on developing and implementing sales and market growth strategies highly desired.
Up to 12 years’ experience with at least 5 years sales management and additional experience in other functions outside of sales including consulting, marketing, engineering or operations.
High energy, positive thinking, driven personality
Previous experience leading a large direct business to business sales teams, including managing through managers.
Manufacturing or service industry experience preferred.
Strategic sales approach with demonstrated success through organic growth and strong consultative sales leadership abilities.
Additional language an added plus
Ability to travel, heavily at times, is required.
Stable work history with clear career progression - not more than 2 companies every 5 years
Must have international experience ( living, working or studying).
