E-Commerce Business Lead - Global Sales (Sports Marketing/Retail)
As a Global Sales E-Commerce Business Lead, you'll lead our company's B2B E-Commerce into the future through business process design and improvement. You'll apply creativity and problem solving skills to deliver mission critical online business functionality to our retailers and sales reps. You'll be able to both vision the changes that are needed to drive the business forward and swiftly execute those changes to completion at the tactical level. You'll drive all of these changes through a lens of end user experience and usability. You'll work with and through other players on the Global and Regional teams to influence, lead, and facilitate without direct control of all resources, priorities, and projects. Success in this position will require managing ongoing communication with stakeholders and building commitment/endorsement from business partners. You'll partner with Global sales teams to drive sustainable incremental commercial opportunities while understanding digital business requirements. You'll provide insight and direction to technical partners to ensure business requirements are translated appropriately in a web environment/experience. You'll understand technology direction/capabilities and coordinate with IT partners to ensure technology solutions fulfill business requirements. In addition, you'll coordinate with B2B IT team members to ensure appropriate technologies are in place and functioning to deliver these business requirements.
Requirements for the position include:
Proficient project manager and problem solver able to handle highly complex analytical challenges and solutions
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others
Expert knowledge of Sales Processes, E-Commerce and Business Process Design
Minimum 8 years' work experience in Sales, Business or e-Commerce
Bachelor's degree
Must have the ability to travel internationally around 10% of the time
