Entry Level Sales Rep
Account Manager I
Since 1988, our financial services and technology firm has provided simple, secure and cost-effective electronic payment, data convergence and fraud prevention services for clients around the world. Our consultants act as business partners, delivering customized solutions with integrity and anticipating our merchants needs. Our commitment to developing new technology and our forward-thinking approach to client relationships have allowed us to grow even during a recession.
We are currently looking to fill an entry-level position as an Account Manager I in our administrative/sales team.

This is a growth position beginning on our administrative floor with the goal of progressing to the sales division in a matter of months. Account Manager Is have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, learning administrative processes and shadowing the sales team. The right candidate is someone with a commitment to delivering incredible customer service, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude. Since many of our clients are international, candidates should have fluency in at least one language other than English.

This is an outstanding opportunity for recent college grads or those looking to make a change in their careers to a stable position. Internships are available for qualified students.

Account Manager I Responsibilities:
Process new merchant applications and submit to underwriting
Reach out to existing customers to identify their needs
Provide excellent customer service, always ensuring that client and partner issues are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Place phone calls to new sales leads provided by channel partners and resellers
Perform other sales duties as more responsibility is assumed within company
Perform other administrative duties as requested


Requirements:
Bachelors degree (hands-on experience may substitute for some education)
1+ years administrative or sales skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a time-critical environment
Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiating and collaborative skills
Intermediate skills in MS Office, Adobe, Outlook, and the internet
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of motivation and persistence
Fluency in two or more languages
Ability to work independently and as a team in high-pressure environment
