Inside Sales Representative- Contract to Hire- New College Grads.......
* Responsible for selling to existing customers and new prospects, mainly CPA's.
This position entails making up to 100 phone calls per day to our existing and new customers to sell them on the features and benefits of our Tax and Accounting print products. You will need to have an enormous amount of focus and self guidance to get the job done and meet your daily, monthly and yearly quota. Knowledge of phone sales is important as we will train you on the products and services we provide. This position will be an ideal position for that candidate that is looking to make $35k to $40k first year , base plus bonus. We are looking for recent college grads that can sell and close and want the professional environment of a $13 billion dollar corporation. This position is a contract to hire position. You will come in and learn the business and successfully demonstrate the ability to sell our print products to our customers. In return for hitting your quota, you will have the opportunity to become a full time employee and be eligible for full benefits. From the first day of full time employment, you will have , life, health , dental, vision and disability insurance. In addition, a 401k plan that matches the first 4% that you contribute by 100%. 3 weeks of paid vacation along with 3 floating holidays and 6 six days round out what is waiting for the successful full time rep.
Qualifications
4 year college degree required- Marketing, Sales or Communications- GPA 3.0 or higher
2 years previous sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and communicate technical benefits of our products
Ability to apply sales concepts to obtain desired result
