Export Compliance Technology Manager

Serve as the lead classification Business Area Export Resource (BAER) and provide export jurisdiction and classification determinations for Hamilton Sundstrand' Power Systems (HSPS) commodities, technology and processes.
Review and revise existing classifications in HSPS information technology systems.
Serve as a business-wide subject matter export on US and foreign trade compliance (import and export).
Conduct training for HSPS personnel on trade compliance matters.
Support central IECM technology manager team with CCATS, CJs, and investigations relating to Ethics Advantage and/or voluntary disclosures.
Support the HSPS compliance team with a technical review of ITAR agreements and license applications and provisos, EAR license applications and technical export aspects of technology transfer control plans.
Support central IECM technology manager team with ongoing export reform and changes in both ITAR and EAR regulations which affect HSPS products and technology.
Support HSPS Lead BAER and HS Poland Lead BAER as needed with technical assessment of exported technologies(`4working with Central IECM technology manager team.

6 to 10 years work experience desired, including internships or COOPs.
1 to 2 years direct product and export experience.
Candidate should be process-oriented, have good overall communications skills and the ability to work toward a consensus in a team environment.
