Marketing and Sales Representative Health & Medical Company has an immediate need for a full time Outside Sales Representative. The qualified candidate must be outgoing, honest, motivated, organized and assertive. We are looking for someone who is professional and has a high level of integrity. The job requires the individual to be accustomed to cold calling vs. pre-set appointment sales. Job Duties: -Identify all local referral sources (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, doctors offices and other health care providers) to determine lead sources. -Develop and manage new lead sources per marketing plan. -Perform client interviews. -Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients. This includes private, public and non-profit organizations. -Arrange presentation of services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices and private companies. -Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources. -Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, and networking as well as develop new methods of marketing. We require that the individual have sales experience and is a road warrior. We are looking for people who are good at building and maintaining relationships.
