Healthcare facility in southern California is seeking a Government Follow-Up Billing Manager.
This is a Central Business Office position reporting to the Assistant Director of the CBO.
The position will manage the day-to-day operations of the Government Follow-Up Department which includes Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Medicaid for 3 other states billings.
There are 17 FTEs, including division leaders. The position will ensure staffing levels are maintained through interviews and training; provide support and direction to Government Follow-Up staff and work closely with the CBO management team to achieve goals.
Prior experience in Accounting jobs, Patient Financial Services Director, Business Office Manager jobs, Patient Financial Services jobs , Billing Manager job a plus.

Qualifications include:
