Director of Sales – Energy Services
Responsibilities: Develop and close sales to large commercial spaces for various services provided by Our clients Energy Services division, including mechanical system upgrades, electrical equipment upgrades, renewable energy systems, water systems, steam systems etc. Work within a team environment to cross-sell services. Develop relationships with various centers of influence (architects, engineers, property managers). Report to president of company.
Candidate must have at least 5 years related experience selling to C-level professionals. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and project a professional image. Must be computer literate and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Knowledge of both supply-side and demand-side management programs at least in the NY metropolitan area is required. The ideal candidate will have a significant contact base of building owners, property managers, and/or chief engineers in large buildings in NYC. College degree required. Engineering background is NOT required.
