Healthcare Practice Director -- IT Services
Our client is an industry leading Fortune 500 firm that provides complex IT solutions and services to many of the largest companies in the US and Europe. On their behalf we are currently searching for an experienced senior-level industry veteran to run a practice group dedicated to developing and selling IT solutions to large healthcare organizations. This is a high profile role involving significant amounts of executive-level interaction with clients in the payer, provider, life science and pharmaceutical sectors; credibility within the industry as well as insight into the specific regulatory, compliance and technology issues clients are facing will be critical for success.
The Practice Director will lead a specialized team of senior sales executives, consultants, and solutions architects located throughout the U.S. with deep expertise in the healthcare IT market. Leadership of business development strategy and tactics within this account group will be a key responsibility. In addition, the Director will serve as an industry expert and internal leader influencing the company’s broader go-to-market strategy and account development. Candidates must have proven track records of effective leadership in the pre- and post-sales phases of large, complex client engagements involving IT and professional services. In addition to a broader suite of service offerings involved, candidates should be well versed in professional services engagements covering network and data security, hosting, virtualization, storage, and application management services.
