What You Will Do
From the comfort of your home-office, you will serve as a personal shopper, assisting customers of our Bluefly client via phone and online chat. Customers may seek your advice on navigating within the site to find apparel or accessories, inquiries regarding sales or promotions, return policy information, as well as general fashion and/or customer service questions. You will ensure each customer enjoys an amazing shopping experience and wants to come back for more!
