Prime MSP, a full service technology firm is looking to hire experienced individuals for the position of Sales/Marketing Professional. This is a key position and of key value for the growth of our firm. Prime MSP is a true service oriented firm whom is not afraid to put their money where their mouth is when servicing clients and prospects. Our motive operandis has always been to deliver the highest level of service to our clients and they will not choose to leave. This has worked flawlessly for the firm and we do not intend on compromising that stance in the future.

These positions will be filled by individuals who can demonstrate having the experience and professionalism needed to work in a true team oriented environment and interact flawlessly across departments.
  • Inside Sales Positions
  • Light cold calling
  • Full time & part time positions
  • Excellent communication skills

Major Responsibilities:
  • Have responsibility for revenue, profit targets, and territory budget
  • Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue and targets.
  • Initiate sales calls to existing customers within assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge and skills - MS Office and Internet
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 yrs successful sales experience
  • Prior Telesales/ Inside sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills.
  • Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, excellent closing skills
  • Good mathematical ability.
  • Well organized. Effective time and activity management skills.
  • Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge - MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet
  • Ability to utilize keyboard/PC to capture in a dynamic way, customer discovery.
  • Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail.
  • Technology or application design industry experience a strong plus

Salary/Compensation:
The selected individuals will be well compensated from $8.00 to $45.00 per hour based upon experience, skills and performance.
