Inside Sales Rep
The Inside Sales Representative will drive sales by leading & developing T-Mobile sales operation directives specific to Retail Partner Accounts. This sales leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand and improving the customer experience through direct communication with the Accounts. This position is critical for increasing sales and driving Retail Partner relationships, while achieving Subscriber Acquisition Cost objectives. It will have responsibility of twenty or more accounts within the Region. The Inside Sales Representative will provide focus on sales strategies and tactics, including key initiatives such as increasing Per Store Activations year-over-year, improving the Voice of the Customer quality scores, securing the distribution of new products, selling promotional offers, and other transformation initiatives. It will play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations organizations. This role will be based out of a T-Mobile Hub location and conduct business via phone and e-mail.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Key areas of focus for this position are -
Effectively communicate both internally and externally - monthly T-Mobile initiatives and programs through e-mail and phone directly to Accounts and T-Mobile staff
Assist Accounts in planning and execution of Company driven sales initiatives
Assist accounts is issue resolution with internal T-Mobile functions (DFS, Commissions, Legal, etc.)
Analyzing business trends and account opportunities
MUST HAVES
Superior Microsoft Office proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Ability to work independently with self-initiative
Ability to influence others without direct reporting responsibility
High levels of energy and integrity
Strong focus on customer and quality
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent education experience
