Inside Sales Representative
ScienceLogic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Reston, VA to develop business opportunities in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting for targeted territories within EMEA. The caniddate will perform high-level opportunity qualification and scheduling of initial meetings for the outside sales respresentatives.
Experience with insides sales and social media are beneficial for success in this role. Candidates must have strong busienss development and communication skills combined with a basic understanding of technology infrastructure.
Main duties
Develop and aggressively identify sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calls & relationship development
Understand and effectively communicate ScienceLogic value propositions
Superior tenacity and objection handling skills
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and partners in the IT Operations sector
Detailed and consistent use of with emphasis on lead process and development
Experience and skills
3+ years of inside sales experience
Effective time management, ability to reach decision-makers and qualify sales opportunities
Demonstrable record of inside sales success against quota
Ability to call into different industries
Ability to use Microsoft Office, , LinkedIn, Jigsaw, and Hoover’s
